The whole using ethanol to make SAF was a head scratcher to me since jet fuel is a lot more like diesel fuel and kerosene, don't know what process they use to make it out of an alcohol... To me oilseed crops would be a better alternative. Good use for soybeans if you process the extra wax out of it. Camelina and pennycress might be even better.

Someone on YouTube build a sort of reactor to turn waste plastics back into an oil but it used a bunch of electricity. Might have to dig and see what he was actually trying to do with it other than proving a proof of concept idea.
