probably a poorly worded question and uneducated thought (on my part), but is there anything to the math and timing of the european rebuild after WW2 that comes into play? or did germany for example have to pay for the rebuild of other countries it destroyed financially to a point? i'm imagining europe being rebuid with fake currency at the time and thats how it was done and perhaps its time for a actual overhaul ? or am i stretching in that thought? every generation thinks they are on the brink of the next big war or second coming of jesus or the book of revelations. 


have any thoughts on this or can you correct my thinking with facts i'm not aware of?
