| We have something in common. I too initially thought of writing a response with how tariffs leading to a depression would not be helpful for a better future for the next generations.
But then I realized the hypocrisy of complaining from the right on how Biden economy was a dumpster fire(even though the economy was the best performing economy leading out of Covid in the world). This rhetoric has now changed into the realization that a tarriff policy will lead to a economic depression and yet that is somehow a good thing since the right is calling the shots
