The same is happening in other parts of the corporate world. Little people have to be pushed off the bus. The big shots don’t have a clue who has been doing the heavy lifting.


I talked to friend who works for another large private ag retailer in middle management. He said employees where required to take any unused vacation days they have left the week of Thanksgiving and Christmas. Something to do with how vacation time is reported to WallStreet.

There is a lot of prepay done the week between Christmas and New Years, the idiots in charge must be more excited to save $1 instead of taking in $10 of prepay.
