E.Central MN | OK, thanks for the info. I think the Nutrien location in Dassel had such a small area and probably a very small budget, so expansion was out of the question. Meanwhile the competition (coops) have been investing in more fertilizer storage facilities, more semis and more application equipment which gives them the capability to cover more acres in a hurry. When I stopped there last spring, they apparently had purged their records of anyone who wasn't a current customer. It seemed kind of petty to me. | |
