only points i was trying to make was we seem to keep seeing on here the belief of users of precision ag that centimeter level vertical and horizontal accuracy can come out of the sky in the form of terrastar, rtx or sf3. ....in conclusion its apples to oranges.
Vertical accuracy requires RTK base near the rover, but horizontally, see pic
