South Central MN | Shareholders and dividends seem to be driving a lot of really dumb long term decisions by companies no matter the sector they serve, wife works for one that moves paperwork for the VA... She starts a new job with a different company doing the same thing next month. Current employer saw fit to do away with bonuses for meeting "quota" and is way behind what the competition is offering for base pay. Time will tell how it turns out when a lot of the experienced employees all move to the competition for an extra $15K per year base salary. | |
