Bloomington and Putnam IL
Been low carb since 2012. 200 to 150. Lift weights 3 days a week, run 1500 miles a year and 60 now. No gut, ripped ribs and a 6 pack abs but the lower 4 have skin folds over them (stretch marks?). About as good as it gets for an old man?
