Nwmo | I started about the same as you, down to 205 -210 depending on the day. Still have a gut, figure I would need to get down to about 175 to lose it. I started doing calisthenics during harvest because my back was aching sitting in the combine all day. I didn't lose any weight but gained a ton of muscle and kept my weight the same so I know I'm still losing fat.
I'm doing keto still but I haven't tracked carbs for quite some time, doing some long fasts once a month or so. Longest I have been is 84 hours, gained about half the weight I lost back. My problems are too much cheese and I still drink a lot of diet coke which a lot of the you tube Dr's say messes up keto diet. | |
