Pittsburg, Kansas | I agree with the baked potato being a problem. Was for me at least. Fat and carbs together = a good way to fatten up. Cut out the carbs insulin stays low = able to burn accumulated body fat. High insulin = no burning of body fat. Carbs raise insulin, not meat protein or fat.
As far as moderation in everything, I kind of agree with this doctor.
