Subject: Paul Mason on D

Pittsburg, Kansas
Dr Paul Mason has some different ideas on vitamin D3. Is he right? I don't know. But his arguments and hypotheses sound reasonable. Plus some limited data to support his argument.

If he is correct Vitamin D and disease may be more of an indicator and correlation rather than a cure that it appears to be for covid and respiratory diseases.

Just for discussion and information. Not claiming he is correct.

If he is right it may be why Vitamin D supplementation has not shown to be as beneficial as it should be compared to people with high D levels not suffering from the diseases nearly as bad.

There may be way more to health and sunlight benefit than we currently know.
