My mom as she aged, 75 or so, kind of staggered when she walked. So that puts another complication in my analyses. Am I just getting older and subject to the same genes she had? I have never had great balance although I did play basketball in high school and was at least decent at it. So I don't think I was too far under average in that respect. But like walking a tight rope........my older brother could do it well. I was lucky to make two steps before falling off (he always just has it stretched a couple feet off the ground).
So maybe I am just getting older but it sure seems it got a lot worse fast after my head injury. My good freinds just gave me some of these packages. I ask them to order me some. It is the ketone supplement that has been helping her Parkinson's symptoms stay in check. Between a ketogenic diet, exercise routines (cross fit), high dose vitamin B and exogenous ketones everything about her disease in in control except some tremors when she gets really tired. And she says she can deal with that. She takes no medication for it because she says the prescription medicines for Parkinson's does nothing for the disease itself. All it does is help control the tremors, which is a symptom, not a cause. Plus it can have some bad side effects. So she is controlling her disease without prescription medication.
Here is a picture of the ketone supplement. It is available on Amazon. I have never used this one before so am not promoting it. Just saying it is available. They have used several brands and types of ketone supplements over the last three years and this is the current one they have the best results with.
These showed up at my room and I just mixed a portion of a package in my water bottle and shook it up.
