Subject: RE: carbs raise insulin, not animal fat - insulin says store fat

I am delighted that the all meat thing is working for you to combat your disease. Unfortunately for those who are not diabetic it is a recipe for clogged arteries and colo-rectal cancers.

You have a bunch of data to back that up or is that just "common knowledge"? Because I have been looking for the solid data to back your statement up and have yet to find it.

In fact, if you want to go with common knowledge, high blood pressure, obesity, and diabetes are three of the biggest factors in heart disease. I am not advocating any diet, but a carnivore diet will completely fix all three of those factors.

Diabetes will go away in a couple weeks.

Blood pressure will drop in a couple months.

Weight will drop at varying rates.

So say someone like myself eats a ton of red meat and animal fat. Pounds per day.

My blood pressure is always basement bottom low when they check it at the dentist's office. 4 years ago it was borderline high.

I am 15# lighter than 4 years ago. 175# and 6'1" and pretty stout. Perfect BMI according to the "experts"

If my insulin is never elevated, it is basically impossible for me to get diabetes.

In other words, eating only the things that "experts" claim will give me heart disease has eliminated the things that lead to heart disease.

Meanwhile, lots of people following the "expert" advice are still dealing with heart disease and the factors that lead to it.

I'm not a doctor. But I have eyes that can see and a BS meter that doesn't let me down.
