Pittsburg, Kansas | Dr Ben Bikman (researcher, not an MD) gives a presentation about what we know and do not know about heart health concerning atherosclerosis. LDL not as important as once thought. He claims anyone who claims to know exactly what causes heart disease, they don't know. They know the composition of the sclerosis really well, but understanding what actually causes it is not completely known. He speculates with his own theories, but emphasizes no one knows for sure. There are still unknowns.
