Surprising to me that you have county workers that actually do anything. Ours here spent the whole month of February last year patching potholes on a 3 mile stretch of road. Had to drive around them hauling grain everyday. Most of the time they were just sitting in the truck. In all I would say they maybe worked a full day that month.
