Can you get it locally? It's available here near the holidays at the grocery stores and butcher shops. My wife is very Norwegian and we fix it for Christmas Eve every year. I personally don't enjoy it as much as she but it's good once a year. With the meatballs and potatoes. My BIL does the cooking, boil in cheesecloth, and make sure not to overcook. My wife insists the only way to eat it is like a lefse burrito. She butters the lefsa, puts couple of spoonfuls of fish, pours melted butter over and black pepper. I believe it's all about the butter, lol
