Is it possible to buy small numbers of panels in the US for the prices you quote? Or is that going to be a wholesale price? On Ebay, sellers are still asking $.50 a Watt for panels but if I would buy several skids at a time from a wholesaler, I could buy them FOB for about $.30 a watt. I use them for setting up off grid pumps for small tile projects for farmers, and I have some personal interest in solar as a curiosity as well.
