Numbers look pretty close to balanced to me. Could hit that with a relatively low rate of Gypsum or maybe a BioCal type product, but I wouldn't be in a huge hurry to apply 3 tons of lime to that. Target 68-72% Calcium and 12% Magnesium. The sulfur in the gypsum will help pull some excess sulfur off the colloid, and the Calcium will be there to take its place.
