West of Mpls MN about 50 miles on Hwy 12
Our school district has contracted with our County for a Deputy Sheriff that is specifically trained as a school "resource officer" since the 90s.
We don't need our school district being liable for armed school teachers that go off the deep end for whatever reason and shoot up their own classroom.
I think I could stop this school shooter problem .
