south central IL | I disagree, land cost is whatever someone else is willing give for it. If my landlord is offered more than I’m willing to pay then I’m probably not going to be farming it. If that happens very often I’m not farming anything more than what I own. Same thing with buying land, if someone else wants to pay more to buy it than I can afford then I’m out. Please tell me how to control land cost and still be farming long term. | |
