north central iowa | I bought a farm in 1989 and split off and sold an acreage and house back to the owners who had lost the farm to the federal land bank. I put up a couple of bins that were about 100 yards away from the house and pointed the fans away from the house.
If I had it to do over I wouldn't have put them there. They haven't really complained and they were grateful to be able to buy the house back, but I think it would have been better for everyone if I had put them up somewhere else away from people. | |
