You might consider a gift card to a movie house or nice resturant.
Of coourse it will be nothing she could not do for herself anyway, but if you get tickets for two YOU will be doing it with her. That may mean more than what any gift itself will mean. If you both still like each other. If not, man you are on your own, LOL. I have no suggestions.
