I agree with humblefarmer, 10-34-0 is a cheap bulk commodity and impurities are possible. Unless you pull an analysis sample every load it's only a guess as to what's really in the tank, every retailer knows this.
If the stand was reduced it's definitely the fertilizer if that was the only difference.
