I use the 13 48 12 but cattle. I would think the 13 48 6 would be a better choice for sheep goats. I prefer either tornado or Merriweather high tensile in the 600 foot rolls. For unrolling i have a two inch pipe welded down on one end to a flat steel deck that is bigger than the roll diameter and fixed to fit on a pallet fork on the front of tractor or skid steer. A small chain to keep it on the forks while i tip it down to stab a roll and then stand it up to unroll. I think the dewalt or milwaukee stapler is ok,i have the dewalt. You really don't want to hard staple the wire anyway. I suggest you get a set of strainrite strainer boards and boundry strainers to tension with also. Learn to tie a proper termination knot on the ends and how to gut strain will make a excellent fence.
