| Hi Guys,
This is my sprayer details below and the original issue I was having.
After hours of tech support and troubleshooting I found what I considered might have been the issue. I followed my return to tank line from the back of the sprayer, which goes up a flexi tube inside the tank then back down the outside of this captured by a solid pipe as pictured. Now this flexi tube was hard up against the lid on top of the tank, in the picture you can see it protruding a bit. So after discussion with hardi tech support I cut an inch off so as it wasn’t tight on the lid hence lessoning resistance for flow to return to tank.
Doing this resolved my boom prime issue, I could screw my boom prime flow right up and wouldn’t get leaks from non drip valves. Since doing this I now have to new issues coincidentally or not (I believe not). If I screw my pressure regulator right down (checked physically and got another 2 turns) I’m still getting a reading of about 1.8 bar and it won’t go any lower. Also my flow metre is giving inconsistent readings between 48 litres/minute where it should be but varies as low as 43 litres/minute. Previously my flow metre calibration number was 125 or 128 but now needs to be up 140 which is outside of the normal. I swapped it out for a new one and made no difference.

Calibrated reflow setup
Auto height control
Issue I'm having is the liquid from the boom prime isn't getting away back to the tank easily enough which is creating excessive pressure causing the non drip valves to let go and drip spray.
I've checked for blockages where boom prime goes into each boom section. I've removed delivery hoses off of back of evc valves to ensure liquid is getting primed up each hose and the valves aren’t leaking.
Any help would be much appreciated, thanks!
