If I form an LLC just for my grain hauling trucks do my drivers need a class A cdl?
I only haul my own grain and currently run farm plates.
In missouri if it matters. I know you don't need a cdl in missouri if hauling your own grain. I just don't know if that is the same if the truck is in an LLC.
