coast of Maine | Im thinking a tad gray (or is it Grey) as it would be a legal entity other than your farm.Are you incorporated? If so what we have done to ease the instant calls is create a company thats wholly owned by our main corp which is a farm.This is registered with the state but its just a subsidiary of main corp.,registration and insurance has the logistics name.,as well as trucks lettering.If not incorporated you may be able to do the same but I am not so sure on isolation of culpability.For what others will say of S corp being not a shield,,I can tell you they have no idea until its been tested ,,of which I have numerous times.You still need top quality insurance,,we run farm plates . | |
