Near Intersection of I-35 & I-90 Southern Mn.		Possibly so. Out of curiosity, I did a search and came up with the following.

It would seem that 20 GPM might be a good fit. His controller would need to be able to work with PWM. The price seems inline and probably cheaper than a new Raven complete valve.
