What is the purpose of this LLC if it’s only going to haul grain for your own farm utilizing the employees that already work for your farm?
If you’re thinking lawsuit protection, forget the LLC and buy more insurance. It won’t take 5 minutes for a lawyer to claw through that LLC in the event of a lawsuit.
