That is what I am seeing.LLC not effective if it is not a completely separate entity. Separate finances, bank account. Employees can't work for farm. Trucking company has to have more than the farm as customers. If it is that separate, it is hauling for hire and all the farm things go out the window, driver's license, truck plates, insurance.
