I bought a carbide toothed band saw blade. Loved it. It broke for no apparent reason. Not at the weld. I contacted the business that I bought it from and got no response, considering the time of year etc. I wasn't surprised. Next I contacted the maker of the band saw blade. Now for fun. They said they didn't sell me the band saw blade so I needed to contact the business I bought it from. They added that as a consideration they were giving me a one time 25% off coupon for my next purchase. However, they don't sell their saw blade on their website nor calling them doesn't result in being able to purchase one. They refer you to the same people that I bought the original blade from, they won't honor the coupon! Then I received an email from the original business at which I purchased the saw blade saying I should contact the maker. So to summarize: the business that makes the saw blade won't sell it directly, they gave me a 25% off coupon that I can't use, the business that sold me the saw blade has directed me back to the business that makes the saw blade who directed me to the business that sold me the saw blade. Note, a 125" X 1" carbide saw blade isn't cheap, not something you pickup at Home Depot or Farm & Fleet
