Wisconsin | You might find somebody who raised some from chicks and is now getting out of them for winter. Might have been easier a couple months ago when it first turned into work. I wouldn't be afraid of a whole flock from one source, or spent hens if you just want eggs but they'd be ugly until they grow their feathers out.
If the facebook place wants any non secure payment (paypal friends and family, wire, gift cards...) then it's obviously a scam, if they take credit cards, not much risk in that. | |
