| The ISX is a 600000 mile motor, end of discussion. Anything over that is bonus and you are running on borrowed time. My diesel shop is owned by my old growing up school bus buddy. He overhauled it which required counterbores being cut by Cummins. Then have the emissions fixed (getting harder to do) and it is a real truck. We really don't know where it is on HP (guessing mid 5's) but it is nice and doesn't require much gear shifting. I love the 855, have had many in old tractors before, but 400 is really a safe stopping point on it. As far as twisting drive lines, yes it can be done, we have done it in the hills (expensive wrecker call and scary for driver), but that's more about driver finesse on the pedals. 4930 above understands it
