The links to the studies are embedded in the articles much like this one, but it really doesn’t matter since you won’t believe it anyway.

When the article summarizes the increased risk with each additional portion of red meat, how can you fail to find the correlation that a carnivore diet would include multiple servings of red meat thus leading to a greater risk.
Your argument is much like the statement that cigarettes can’t be linked to cancer, since there is no scientific study that shows a person only inhaling cigarettes and no air without the smoke getting cancer.
Let us take a look at alcohol consumption. Very moderate alcohol consumption reduces heart disease. Well known "fact". Excessive alcohol consumption increases risk of heart disease.
What we have here is a bell curve. A little is better than none, but lots is WAY worse than none.
What if meat consumption were the same, but inverse? LDL and longevity studies show just that - an inverted bell curve.
Further more, alcohol makes you fat, yet alcoholics tend to be skinny. So is it the alcohol that makes you fat, or what you eat with the alcohol? Cause vs effect.
To quote my favorite author, Samuel Clemons:
"There are lies, damned lies, and statistics"
That is why I want the actual data, tied to the methodology - so I can form my own opinions.
I have, and continue to research how our bodies work. I love nothing more than learning. The more I learn, the less I know - which makes me want to learn even more.
As I mentioned previously, I am NOT living a 100% carnivore diet. And yet I will champion it all day long as I can't find any hard data against it, but a fair bit of data and personal experience for it.
I will read every study you can send me. History has shown that I have no qualms about changing my opinion when the numbers and hard data prevail. Please send me what you have. I have spent literally hundreds of hours reading everything I can get my hands on.
