Nunn CO | Hello all,
I just rebuilt a little 4 cylinder diesel and there is a copper nipple that stubs out the top of the radiator (brass) for a antifreeze return. Looks like the previous owner tried hillbilly patching it together. I also tried to take the wrong route and JB Weld it, however, it just didn't hold like I'd want.
So, any tips for attaching these two? I tried a brass stick dipped in flux and not only did it not work but I poked a second hole next to the main with to much heat. My next idea is acid core solder. However, I'm open to any and all suggestions.
Thanks
