Mount Vernon, WA | 30 PSI is right on the edge as far as Cummins is concerned. This explains why the alarm is going off.
My question would be, was the drop dramatic (good one day, not the next), or has it gradually been dropping? If you had a sudden drop, suspect broken piston cooling nozzle. If gradual drop, it might be time for an inspection of the oil pump and/or bearings.
