Obsolete - 12/21/2024 15:49 No good renters, so it's vacant. It's a solid, well-built house. Oil heat. What should I set the thermostat at? Most winters are 20s low, 30s high. This year is about 10 degrees higher. It can get to zero or 15 or 25 below, but not this year. At least so far. Just asking how to take of this. Thanks.


Get a wifi or cheap cellular temp/humidity logger.  Preferably one that can send an email or txt when the temps get beyond a set point.
