One thing I found out is do not over heat.Was sure of my soldering of copper to brass with asimple propane torch.I had a project in the shop and used a small tipped Oxy/acetylene set up.I could not get a decent leak free joint at all.I thought it was a contaminated brass,,tried another same...neighbor said get out the small propane torch,,worked very well.I like the idea of Wydave of coating both with a thin layer of solder before
