N14's are fine, or favorite truck on the farm has one. That being said, for what you are looking for, it's all about the truck you just feel good in, and has the best recent maintenance history. More right answers than wrong. Sleeper or non, is a non factor. Get the right truck, who cares about whether it has a sleeper or not? Handy for a nap on occasion.
I’ve got a truck down with an N14 and going back together with it. Nothing difficult about a rebuild, parts are still common and good power for my usage. All my trucks but one have a sleeper. Didn’t necessarily intend for it to be that way but sometimes you need to think hard on pulling flat top sleepers of W9’s, 359’s and 379’s. |
