I had problems with subclinical acidosis when I first started using the corn and pellets program. I was "cracking" the corn with no screen and at an idle through the grinder. Still got enough fines that I believe it was causing pockets of fines in the stuffer. Switched to straight whole shell corn with the pellets and I haven't had an issue since
