NW IA | I really don't have a preference. The things to avoid in cross breds is the same as Holsteins. You don't want the "leggy" ones that finish too tall.
Jersey Angus crosses can be short and pudgy at 1200 pounds. Jersey Char's have done much better in that respect, but I haven't come up with them as regularly.
