Subject: RE: Farm semi llc question

jd4930 - 12/23/2024 13:17 In today's sue happy world it's almost impossible to cover yourself for everything. Neighbors attorney told him he couldn't believe they didn't have their land tied up in a trust, he told them in a true at fault serious accident 'I wouldn't quit until I owned your farm'....... crazy world we live in

And what is to stop the attorney from going after the assets in a trust that is owned by the at fault party?

Anything a lawyer creates for a fee, a lawyer can tear apart for a fee.

His quoted statement is possibly the most honest thing he's ever said professionally and its not dependent on anything not being in a trust or LLC.
