Subject: RE: Case IH vector pro/pro 1200

Cedar Rapids, Iowa
I used a Vector Pro receiver on a side-by-side and had it connected to an Ag Leader InCommnad 1200 for mapping field boundaries. I had to configure the Vector Pro to output NMEA position data while it was still connected to the Pro 1200 on the tractor. I personally like the method for mapping boundaries with the Ag Leader systems.

I don't know what kind of wire harness it takes to get a Pro 1200 powered up without a tractor.

If you are getting the RTK correction data via cellular using the tractor's built-in cell modem, then you would need to find a way to power that modem too.
If your data is coming in via radio, just move the radio with the receiver.
