Make set/frozen field boundaries for all the fields. Just by hand is fine, don't need to be perfect. Just a way for SMS to "know" where the field edges are.

Then there are automatic tools that will split the data for you. Sort loads into fields is one. But it looks like all your data in the pic is one load/region. So then the other tool is split load/region by right clicking on the load/region in the tree.
