You might can hook it to WiFi and call the help line and they remote in and fix it… I know when I upgraded to my viper4+ I had a problem with settings and it was amazing to watch them remote in I call gave the tech my code and he started going all through my screens and settings as I watch in the cab. Might be worth a try
