| Remember when the Kitchen Table forum was pretty much desolate and there were very few posts every month?
People posting about what food does to our bodies has made this a hopping place.
JB and I both started down the same path of discovery about the same time. It's hard to not share with others the flip side of the coin (or Food Pyramid) that has been mandated by all of the institutions for decades.
During the last few decades, the health of our country has been in rapid decline.
It's taken a lot of brainwashing to convince a population that Pop Tarts and Froot Loops are better for us than real whole foods, but here we are.
