Raven should be able to send you the bootloader. Fwiw I’ve had good luck resetting defaults. I’ve been around thousands of vipers and only needed a bootloader once when the software wouldn’t load. If it’s the 23.x.x software you’re having trouble with I would update to the newest as there were numerous issues with the first few versions.
