I don't distance run but sprint a little 5 or 6 times a week. This morning did 4 short sprints and walked 4 blocks with wife. 30 good push-ups and 15 Pull-ups. Takes about 20 minutes of my morning.
6 years ago the walking would have been all I was good for.
All......ALL, because of cutting out most of the carbs.
Wouldn't even consider going back to standard diet. Don't want to die miserably and early. | |
