Highly unlikely all do it all, but rather "assembler companies" exist in this market place, where either they put their brand on products made elsewhere (steering wheel, for instance), or they fetch the parts needed, and assemble them. A GNSS receiver, for instance, most likely comes from one of several companies who produce them
I don't have time to look at Specifications, but if a common one is say
352 Channels
or
accuracy up to 2.5cm RTK (steering wheel)
this would suggest the same parts were used.
