I'm not necessarily saying it is a better investment. The post below just got me thinking of situations where the owner of an asset can lease/rent it out and make more money per unit than the person leasing it. That seems like a no brainier asset to buy. Anything other than land that works the same way?

Risk is certainly part of the difference.

Genuinely curious. I don't have an agenda.
